A colloquial term for a vehicle registration certificate—the document recording a registered vehicle and its registered holder. The official Vietnamese label is giấy chứng nhận đăng ký xe or giấy đăng ký xe. It is not a driver's licence, number plate, insurance certificate, or inspection certificate.
