`Sản quyền` (`產權`) là thuật ngữ pháp lý cũ trong tiếng Việt chỉ quyền riêng được pháp luật bảo hộ đối với thành quả sáng tạo hay chế tạo, lời giải cũ gần `tác quyền`, quyền đối với sáng chế và kiểu dáng. Hiện phải gọi đúng `quyền tác giả`, `quyền sở hữu công nghiệp`, `quyền đối với sáng chế`, `quyền đối với kiểu dáng công nghiệp`… theo đối tượng và căn cứ xác lập. Không dùng sản quyền như bằng chứng tự động về chủ sở hữu, phạm vi, lãnh thổ, thời hạn, đăng ký, tính mới, quyền ngăn cấm hay hành vi xâm phạm.
