Sản chủ is a rare old term for the owner of property or an estate; modern Vietnamese normally says chủ tài sản or chủ sở hữu.

`Sản chủ` là từ cũ/hiếm chỉ người làm chủ một tài sản hoặc gia tài (*property owner, proprietor*), hiện thường nói `chủ tài sản`, `chủ sở hữu`. Bản in không cho mặt chữ; cấu tạo có khả năng là `產主`, nhưng VietLayers không trình bày toàn mặt chữ như đã xác lập khi chưa có chứng tích trực tiếp. Danh xưng sản chủ không tự chứng minh quyền sở hữu hợp pháp, sở hữu riêng, toàn quyền định đoạt, không có tranh chấp hay tài sản không bị hạn chế; phải xem hồ sơ và quy định áp dụng.
