Huê lợi is an older Southern form of hoa lợi, referring to produce or yield naturally generated by property such as orchards, fields, or livestock. Older writing may also state the monetary value of that yield; the term does not automatically mean revenue or net profit.

`Huê lợi` là dạng Nam Bộ/cũ của `hoa lợi` (`花利`), chỉ sản vật hoặc lượng thu hoạch do tài sản sinh lợi tự nhiên mang lại, như trái cây từ vườn, lúa từ ruộng, trứng hay con non từ vật nuôi. Văn cũ còn dùng cụm này khi nói tổng lượng hoặc giá trị thu được hằng năm từ vườn rẫy; phải đọc theo cách hạch toán của câu, không tự đổi thành doanh thu hay lợi nhuận ròng. Trong thuật ngữ pháp luật hiện hành, `hoa lợi` là sản vật tự nhiên do tài sản mang lại, còn `lợi tức` là khoản lợi thu được từ việc khai thác tài sản; vì vậy tiền thuê không nên gọi là huê lợi chỉ vì cùng phát sinh từ tài sản. Cụm không tự xác lập ai là chủ sở hữu, sản lượng chắc chắn, chi phí, giá bán, thuế, quyền thu hoạch hoặc mức sinh lời của tài sản.
