Giấy nhựt trình is an old Southern Vietnamese expression for a newspaper or a sheet of newspaper, whether being read or reused as paper.

Giấy nhựt trình là cách gọi cũ trong văn Nam Bộ cho tờ báo hoặc phần giấy báo. Khi làm bổ ngữ của đọc, mua, coi, cụm thường chỉ tờ báo như một ấn phẩm; khi đi với gói, trải, lót, nó nhấn vật liệu là giấy báo cũ được dùng lại. Nhựt trình là dạng cũ/Nam Bộ của nhật trình ở nghĩa báo chí, không phải lịch trình hằng ngày. Cụm không tự cho biết báo phát hành mỗi ngày, nhan đề, số báo, tòa soạn, ngày in, nội dung hay tờ giấy mới/cũ nếu câu chưa nêu.
